Loading Capacity : 2 tons,

one set of   2 Ton Forging Manipulator  with Forklift  .  

This manipulator consists of following A) + B) as a package.

A)  Specification  of  Doosan Forklift ( new 2008) Model : D70S-5

  1. Maximum Lifting Capacity : 5 ton, with weight : 7 tons,

  2. Standard function of Forklift (2 control levers),

    -a. Lift & Down (Up & Down)  b. Tilting,

  3. Modified & Special function for Forging works. (3 control levers)

    -a. Gripping b. Rotation c. movement of Left & Right side,

5. Weight of Doosan Forklift : 9.5 tons.

B) Specification of Forging Attachment (new 2012)  Model : IT-2000

  1. Max Gripping Capacity : 2000 mm,

  2. Maximum Opening of Jaws : 1400 mm,

  3. Rotation : +180 -180 Degree,

  4. Dimensions (L x W x H) : 3000 x 1500 x 1000 mm,

  5. Weight of Attachment : 2 .5 tons.

Total Dimension (L x W x H) : 6800 x 2120 x 3000 mm,

Total Weight : Approx.12 tons.

This attachment  shall be used for Forging manipulator only, not charging manipulator.

  a) The attachment with Spring: It can work  for Press & Hammer without problem.

  b) The attachment without Spring:  It can be work for Press only because the impact of Hammer cannot be absorbed without springs.

The attachment can work Rotation 360º and clamping by hydraulic.
